“Honor, honor, honor. Now there’s a well-built tool to make others do things.
There’s always a honorable way to explain dishonest motives, you just have to know how to speak the language.”

My inner samurai recoils in horror. Of course I know the soul of warrior is not reflected in their blade, that is just superstitious nonsense. However, this shows a man who has all but given up living.
Or a warrior who has given up violence, for such a very long time.
I thought the point of a scabbard was to protect the sword from air and water prevent rust.
Though sometimes the scabbard itself rusts, making it impossible to draw.
This scabbard has its tip and opening made of steel, exterior of twine, and structure of leather. It’s actually a bit dangerous, as leather tends to be acidic. Plus, poor or no maintenance. I don’t expect it to be airtight.
As important as it is to care for your weapon, it is also important to strike subtly, and deftly. Even an axe, when wielded by an expert, can be a tool of terrible accuracy.
I once saw some particularly impressive axe use by a veteran combatant on a trip to Tamza. Thankfully, it was a demonstration, and not actual bloodsport.
Indeed! I had forgotten your utter aversion for violence, I’ll take notes to try and avoid sending you to an armed conflict.
If the leaders of the Imperial embassy see fit to reassign me, then so be it, I can handle whatever they may send my way. I have no specific aversion to violence, though I certainly am not the type to go galavanting off and look for it either.
Of course, I imagine if you asked even a beggar in the streets what their perception of war is, they would find it at least distasteful, to be avoided if possible. And thus it is left to the subtle arts of those of us trained in our talent of deft use of diplomacy to resolve situations with the pen and the word whenever we can.
My friend, I have seen the color your face took after that prop mishap at the last reenactment. To the best of our predictions, we avoid sending our agents to situations that they are not the fittest to manage.
Good thing our hero’s quick!
I hope you had a good rest. We all need to do that once in a while. ^.^
As impressive as it is, this strike is a bit phoned^^
Yeah, it did me good, thank you π
woah man…. that’s crazy….
Hehe thanks^^
